Flowing water and passing time
A few days ago I was going out for some work. I saw a calm stream on the way. The weather was slightly pleasant and the air was filled with the cool smell of moisture. I stopped for a few moments. The water of the river flowed continuously, neither tiring nor stopping. The sunlight shone on the water as if someone had scattered silver. I thought why not capture this scene in the form of a picture, but the next moment it occurred to me that a picture can only capture the scene, not the fleeting moment.

I kept watching the water flowing for a long time. A strange thing touched my heart that this water which is passing in front of me now, will never return after a few moments. That is its nature. He moves forward, makes way, hits obstacles but never looks back. Then I realized that life is also something like that. Our past is like water—once gone, it never comes back.
We often get lost in the past, sometimes in happy memories and sometimes in regrets. We wish we could have that moment again, wish we could say the same thing again, wish we didn't make the same mistake. But the fact is that the stream of time always flows forward. She stops for no one. The moment we have today is the real capital. Tomorrow is only memory and tomorrow is only hope.
River water also teaches us patience. He cuts stones gently, but not hastily. Slowly, with a steady flow makes its own way. Even in life, if we move forward with consistency and patience, no matter how big the difficulties are, one day there will be a way.
This scene also taught me that stillness may seem beautiful at times, but real life is in motion. If the water stagnates, it becomes foul, but when it continues to flow, freshness and purity remain. Similarly, when a person stops learning, moving forward and improving himself, his thinking becomes stagnant.
I must have taken a picture of the river, but the original image was preserved in my heart—as a lesson. Running water reminded me to cherish every moment, because time lost never comes back. We must make today better, so that tomorrow when it too becomes the past, we feel not sorry but relieved.
I just want to say THANK YOU for this beautiful moment that gave me peace and inspiration to write. The little things touch my heart. This remind me how beautiful life is when we truly stop and feel it.
