Hello friends of this community; Today I am going to talk about that universal feeling that accompanies us all and that stops us, what is it? Yes I know what I have to do, why don't I still do it? that health goal, that job, that project, that conversation that you have pending, that you know would change in your life, but at the same time you don't do it because you have a brake, there is an invisible force that is stopping you.


I want you to understand why you feel the way you feel and why you act the way you act, because if we do not understand how we function inside, if we do not know how to manage our emotional world and our internal narratives, it is impossible to create real change outside.



If you want healthy relationships, you will first have to start by having a healthy relationship with yourself, if you want prosperity, you have to feel worthy and capable of receiving that prosperity, everything starts within you, that personal development is nothing more than the perspective from which you look at the world and your ability to manage what happens to you.


All the books, all the advice seek one thing and that is to help you refine that perception so that you make better decisions, you look at the world, you create an explanation in your head about what is happening and you act according to that explanation, your habits and your decisions today are the direct result of the story that you have been telling yourself about how the world works until now.


That's why it doesn't work to try to change everything or imitate or copy others. You can't just copy someone's diet or someone's routine, because what makes that person act that way is their internal narrative, something that you can't see, trying to change only the outside, that is, the behavior without first fixing it from the inside, that is, the narrative; It is the reason why you sabotage yourself, you sabotage your diets, you abandon your habits, you sabotage your relationships, your relationships don't work precisely because of that.


And that is the difference between staying on the surface, working on the surface or working deeper, at the root.



So, the first pillar is your repertoire, if you agree that your actions depend on your internal narratives, on the stories you tell yourself, then the question is, where do those narratives come from? Well, they come out of your repertoire, think of your repertoire as your mental safe, not only do you keep memories there, you keep every lesson, every scare, every word, every criticism that you have absorbed, but it also becomes your personal library of everything you think possible.


The big problem with this is that this safe was filled when you were a child, when you were small and you did not have quality control, if you were born in a limited environment where everyone thinks the same, where they instilled fears in you, where they told you that you have to be perfect, not to bother, life is difficult, your repertoire becomes small, it is small, it is conditioned, if those files inside are small, the options you have in your life are also small.


When you face a problem, a decision, your mind will look for solutions in those files in your repertoire and if it only finds files of fear, limitations, critical voices, then what solutions do you think you are going to give yourself? Exactly, “I can't”, “I'm not capable”, “This is too risky”, so your first and most important mission here is to constantly expand that repertoire.



There are several ways to expand your repertoire, one and most important is to learn, educate yourself; or from the experiences of others, you have to steal, let's say, the experiences and learnings of others, read the stories of people who have gone where you want to go, knowing their failures, their methods, gives you new templates for thinking, shows you that you are not alone in this and that there are 1 ways to do things.


Make new friends, go to different places, follow people who inspire you, who challenge you, read quality thought-provoking content like I hope this is, and also be very careful because this is like food, everything that goes in, everything you consume matters.


And today we are flooded with overinformation or toxic information, so, you have to be vigilant at the door of your mind and realize that if more repertoire is entering and that repertoire is full of gossip, of people who only complain, of news that only scares, is false, or distorted, your files become intoxicated and when your brain needs a quick solution due to boredom, sadness or anxiety, then guess what, what files it will find, exactly, it will find pure garbage, what you consume becomes your mental landscape, write it down there.
