How to send steem from Genesis-Mining to my Steem account, Please help!

Hello,

Looking to see if anyone can help me setup my genesis-mining account to mine steem and directly send it over to my steem account, please see below. What do I use for the "memo for STEEM wallet" section.

Where do i find my steem address + memo? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
