How to mirror your phone screen to a PC screen wirelessly.

Welcome, readers and viewers. In this video I will show you how to cast or mirror your phone screen to a laptop (PC). Before I continue, some PCs do not accept screen mirroring wirelessly, so in my video the preferred PC you'll use is Windows 10; you can use Windows 8 as well.

Mirror casting is very popular in our modern world. Modern religious meetings or gatherings use this method to cast their service videos, making them display on screen for members to see clearly. Mirror cast is not only used in religious gatherings; it is used by many people and for many purposes.

Steps in screen mirroring

You can mirror your phone screen wirelessly and with a cable, but for today I will be doing it wirelessly.

Step 1:

Turn on WiFi on your phone and PC, and make sure they are connected to the same network.

Step 2:

(Some phones come with an inbuilt screen casting icon. While some download it from the Google Play Store, the phone I am using comes with an inbuilt screen casting icon.

How to check if your phone has an inbuilt screen casting icon: swipe your phone to the top and check in the icon menu above your phone. If you see any icon that looks like the pictures below, the icon and the name vary depending on the device you're using.

Step 3:

Go to your PC, click on settings, open display, and scroll down, and you will see an icon. "Projecting to this "PC"—click on it, and then you will see the screen; the picture is below 👇. Click on the line I circled. Watch the video to understand better.

When you click on the short written note, it will open another screen. Click on "add," then click on the search button, search for "wireless display," install it, and you are good to go. Close the screen. Click on the screen mirroring icon on your phone; you'll see your PC name. Click on it to finally cast your screen. See you in my next video when I will show you how to use your phone as a PC keyboard and mouse.
