What Does It Mean When Steam Power is in Parentheses? Why does this account have (+64,912.086 STEEM)??

I came across this account today because of this one very large up bid on a comment on one of my posts. It made me curious what the Steem Power in parentheses means, and how this one account got so much! Thank you for your answers in the comments!

I just found this to interesting not to make a post about and I hope you agree and have some answers for me!
I'm just curious how this is possible! I'm a relative newbie that would rather spend my time making blogs like this.

The SP in parentheses is steam power you can delegate. Here's a post that explains it in more detail.
