to finance steampower it is not feasible since they will have great loss should seek the support of @misterdelegation or another whale that delegates in support of this project.
I disagree about financing Steempower. While it's not feasible certainly to buy 1 million SP oneself, having a large amount of native SP would be a tremendous boon to curation, especially if everyone used the tag.
