Marketing effect: Change the name of cli_wallet and vest

Change cli_wallet to Steem_Engine

and vest to PowerUp!

Would a change like this improve the marketing effect? What do you think?

    VESTS is already re-branded to STMP (SteemPower)
    When you vests, you're powering up your STEEM!

    Regarding cli_wallet, I prefer not to make any change, because normal users never use cli_wallet :)
