Not sure what you call a shitcountry but an ambulance ride in the US can easily cost $1500 -$2000, I didn't find the procedures you mentioned particularly expensive.

    Huh really ??? 1500$-2000$ so they just take you to the hospital??? Thats insane ... In Spain this is for free.
