The one I am using and like right now is Spacepools. It has quite a bit of people so it finds blocks quite often so you have consistent payouts. It is only a 10 etn minimum. I am in the US so can't guarantee it is good for EU. You may try it out and see how it works. I was also on Minekitten but they shut down last week.
