RE: What Steemit means to me and has given me while I fight death

in #steem6 years ago

I was struck with a thought after reading this post Brian; Your posts focus around dying. Now of course that would take up a lot of your focus I guess however one thing is for sure, you ‘ain’t dead yet bro!

The users on steemit hear about your good and bad days and both have interest however, and I speak for myself only here, I value your positive posts about the life you lead much more than the other. Youbwrote a post recently about a road trip you took in your SUV with that hottie wife of yours. Loved it cobber!

You’ve lead a fantastic life so far, have a beautiful, loving wife, two children and I am certain some amazing experiences. I reckon it’d be awesome to leave a little blockchain history of the Life of Brian. I reckon your followers would be interested and it would be an indelible mark in history to remind us that Brian Courteau was here!

We’re all going to check-out my brother, some early or late, some in tragedy others with respect and honour. The reaper collects us all, we are common and unremarkable in that way. What makes us unique though is how we live, how we treat others and what we do when no one is looking.

Monty Python made a movie about you which wasn’t too bad...Was called The Life of Brian. It was funny but I reckon the real story of your life would be way better.

Anyway, just my thoughts my man. Rock on @briancourteau

Thaks my friend. I will try and right again about the good stuff and honestly yes I have had a interesting life. I was militaru and in places few would go in my younger days. I will try and put out more positive blogs. Truthfully that is hard some days when the pain is bad. I write what I feel in the spur of the moment and how I am a burden to my hottie

I understand of course, you write what you feel and if you’re feeling unwell or in pain that comes out in your writing. I think we’re all like that. You’re a good bloke Brian, not wanting to be a burden on @lynncoyle1 but at the same time don’t be an idiot! I’m sure she doesn’t see you as a burden. Instead she is grateful for each moment you have and will cherish those memories. :)

Ok, so now I called you an idiot I have to compliment you to make up for it. Thanks for your military service bro. Respect.

wow....what else can i do but laugh........
