Due to the great crisis we are experiencing there is a group of people who are the most vulnerable to the situation, these are the poorest stratum (homeless people) that have been increasing rapidly in the last two years ...

But at the same time there have also been support groups among society that seeks to help a little to lessen the impact of this crisis, among them is the movement to which I belong, Union Social that is a social movement made up mostly of interested young people. in contributing a little to the country.

I will talk a bit about how this activity was set up, which, although it is quite simple and we would like to expand and do better and better things. The truth is that it is voluntary and the money we use mostly comes from ourselves, which is why the economic part limits us a lot.

First the preparation of arepas and juice.

At the beginning we had to face the problem of getting the flour, which we solved by donating several of us 1 flour, so some were collected.

Then as we see above, we thought about how to use it for filling and we came up with fresh sardines that are relatively inexpensive along with vegetables to flavor

Having done this, we began to make the arepas, which we made in 1 oven along with 4 plates that were used to cook 150 arepas.

After cooking, they were filled and placed a napkin and placed in a cellar to avoid rot.

The juice was made in another house since we divided the tasks to be more efficient, it was made a juice of lechosa or papaya as they call it in other countries.

As a meeting point we decided to use a place in Caracas called sabana grande, in which there are several areas with groups of people in street situations, especially children who are in a well-compromised situation.

We go down to the street that has as its name the casanova in which we already had a data raised from several groups in a street situation, so we already knew where to go.

We walked all that avenue, but several of the children who were two weeks ago were no longer there, there were some other and some new ones too, what we discovered is that groups were formed that displace others through the territory and the food so we were pending to see where the others were. But we focus on distributing the food and prioritizing the children.

Definitely the face of poverty is manifested in many places, but in children it is more heartbreaking ... We will try to do what we can with the resources we have, because surrendering is unthinkable, we have to fight for the country and we will come out of it.
