the course is free, you can take it if you want, you just don't qualify for the delegation . I do hope it helps some newcommers
Yes, it will help of a truth. That's i ve resteemed the post so my followers also who are in that category can enjoy such a benefit.
I believe some day I will be able to give out sp delegations too to help new onboard steemians have a stable ground.
