Why Steemit Users become Dormant | Country Specific Curator Accounts could be better | idea for steemit Promotion

The steemit Team , @steemcurator01 and @steemitblog
As There are many on going projects ,challenges contest and opportunities on steem and @steemcurator01 curating publications of all projects and also working on community support program and supporting community accounts .
There are also different community accounts for different regions operated by country representatives
And all country representatives curating as much as possible users's posts with a very small amount of upvote and also greeting new commers .
And users are increasing day by day .it sounds great but if we take a look in the depth of the situation it is not good. In the begining result was good. every one was happy but as the user are increasing and @steemcurator01 is also busy in curating other projects
Everyone wants the good output of his efforts . Making a good post takes more then 2 hours and sometimes a day to work on it properly and new user becomes demotivated very soon when he dont gets support on gis hardwork. as we know that he can bring more friends if he gets a good output of his work.
The main thing is all users need an upvote from @steemcurator01 on their all posts regularly but this is not possible . So a person who is working hard for steem promotion and works daily more then 3, or 4 hours needs attention and appreciation to become happy .A hardworking user can wait for a week but can't wait for a month and becomes demotivated and then dormant.
A Happy User Can bring more of his friends
If we take a look there are many users already became dormant from the begining of October becouse of no support and no attention.
And i think if a steem users is happy then we dont need any other promotion program A happy user can bring more of his friends .
I would like to present idea for steemit promotion worldwide and i am 100% sure it will work .
For this purpose i present the idea of Country Specific Curation account with a smart delegation and minimum reward at 100% upvote could be $ 10
And The steemit team can select the best users from different countries for this responsibility to manage account nicely and curate their country fellow's publications according to the quality of content.
And write a complete daily or weekly report of curation work.
And here is also a contact between The steemit Team and all country specific account holders is compulsory for discusion about ins and outs of the works .
I have just given my idea but The Steemit Team better knows about the bestfor steem.and can take the better decissions for steemit promotion worldwide.

Can't agree that CR should have more responsibilities.
It is huge field for a corruption. Not giving names but some people really terrorize country curators, writing them unplasant things.
Big upvotes should stay the prerogative of steem curator who's personality is not public.
Personally me — I won't hold any pressure to avaluate posts around 10 dollars because people will start to push on me, literally.
@antorv agree you have good points too. Sorry that you have to face those unpleasant situations on curating for your region.. I can't imagine the harassment from people who are so demanding and entitled..🙄

I have not mentioned that the country curator should be operated by a CR . The steemit team can select any senior and Honest steemian who can take this responsibility .
And the country account is just a suggestion . The steemit Team can decide for better for steemit users .
Sure, I undestrand, but what I've faced, everyone can face. Our community is small. We all know each other. And there's no real leader, senior one (as Kannon, for example).

When i joined the @steemitblog, i got some upvotes around $1.2 on 4 or 5 posts of mine i got a bit motivated. At that time i realized that my diaries need an improvement and then i did every bit of improvement on my diaries. Many of my friends did praise my diaries. Not only from Pakistan but also from Nigeria and Argentina too.
@rashid001, @hassanabid, @ngoenyi and @focusnow are included in them.
Although they kept supporting me and making me realize that i would get a catch-up vote but the whole season passed. I also completed few posts on steemcryptochallenge but still got nothing.
I left everything for steemit :p i stopped studies and started focusing more here as i was enjoying writing diary posts.
I also continued to write diary games this season but unfortunately due to change of weather and viral attacks, i have been suffering and i am very ill so i couldnt continue with any posts on steemit.
I am less active too nowadays.
But i will continue doing dedicated work from tomorrow hopefully.
I have also planned something special for the country culture challenge. That plan would cost me a lot of pakistani currency, 25k Pakistani currency, over $150.
Anyways, i didnt lose hope and i will continue posting from tomorrow hopefully.

Yes i have seen you having engagement with different countries and you have done good work thats what i was saying that a litte bit motivation can bring a big change even in physical world.
However today steemcurator visited my profile i hope they will visit yours too also they have provided suggestions for betterment . Wish you best of luck.
Let's hope we get good delegation for country as we have great artists here as well but i would feel embarass if they give time and we couldn't support. I also stated that quality content of Pakistani's would be my responsibility we will check each and everything before giving upvote.
It would be of no burden on me if you want to share this responsibility with me, once and if assigned :)
I have also been working over this for a long time.

i Agree with you i was very attracted when i started i got upvotes and instantly i started recruiting members but believe me they were trying their best in daily diaries i can bet if you go through their diaries they tried most of it, But since its getting month and obviously CR's cannot upvote everyone with only 1 day ?
People would disagree with me but i have right to convey my message in 7 days = 7 diaries of one person right ?
and in one day CR's have Have max 8 - 9 votes with 100 users waiting for upvote obviously they are giving time what they could give to other platforms ( You know what i mean by other platform )
Country curator accounts would be possible solution for this problem or atleast increase amount of delegation even 100% vote gives only 1$ of Sc 07 which is very insufficient dont you think beggars earn more than that in 2 hours ? I personally not saying this from own but from the people who want to join steemit watching me working harder day and night .
i got little dishearted when i researched alot and made post after working 2-3 hours and got 1% upvote ? :(

I didn't wanted to say that but this was killing not only me but the friends with whom i shared it, how would they get motivated ?? Why would they give time and efforts to research for a new topic.
steemit team i know its hard to visit millions of post but dont you trust CR's dont you think they are giving their best efforts ? dont you think they could give this platform better steemers ?
Believe me i can assure if you increase delegation i will not only encourage people to only give their best but for the hope which could be built inside steemitians when they would see atleast someone got enough power, to support their quality content ( Atleast when they make ) if not all the posts .
I 100% agree with @rashid001 atleast 10$ for 100% would be delegated to CR's you can select trusted CR to give country curator account ...

You appear to have a distinct misunderstanding of how Steem works.
When you entered the DeFi Challenge post, there is no obligation to vote on every post.
still i wished i could get atleast a little good one 600 words :(

Also i have many more friends who are very much busy as they have real talent i will let them introduce steemit so they could promote their work here as well, if you could make it to the country curator i will take guarantee of quality work of many members ☺️ because for their time and hardwork a little good upvote is required

In that case, why did they leave Steemit because they didn't get any votes !!
I think that a fair share of the upvotes would make more sense, for example all the steemians who wrote "Diary Game" were given 25% of the votes.
in that way I don't think there is a steemian that goes from steemit.
getting 100% of the @steemcurator01 is a bonus for the lucky steemian.
For example for the season three diary, my friends had earned $100 from @steemcurator01 but I didn't.
and that's not an excuse for me to stop writing and leave Steemit.
but I will keep writing until I get it 🌸
So the conclusion is, you can share votes for the steemian who wrote a diary (300 words) and that all the steemians from your country can benefit and growing in steemit.

the problem still arises that sc07 has low Delegated power and country like Pakistan the day CR's get is little as compared to number of active users obviously we can't say that those aren't giving their efforts also as a newbie they would be doing mistakes but for motivation upvotes and support are required.
However i must agree that cryptokannon solved alot of hardworks of newbies with 500Sp Support program. But still there are active users remaining on which votes distribution wouldn't be able to support good reward like with 1$ vote after 7 days 7 people = 49 posts how would CR manage, lets consider 10 of them of poor quality but still 0.25$ worth is not fruitful .
Maybe you would disagree with my points but i have stated according to the facts :)
