Pending -> lowering max Bid to 0.5 / Still having issues with refunds so please just send the 0.5 moving forward.

Okay guys ... the past month we have gone from 40+k steem power to 30k sp... were not there yet but we lose about 500 sp daily so I know were gonna be there in the next day or so...

That being said the refund part of the script is messed up right now and It is out of my control... I fixed / rewrote it but it still issues random refunds like crazy so ... just start sending 0.5 steem votes in guys please... I dont want to spend 15 hours a week trying to search whos vote got skipped because they tried to get a few last minuite 1 steem votes in...

I Have marked down what the queue looks like right now and I will not make the change over until every current vote has been issued...

also I will be sending out a wallet memo to remind everyone so be on the lookout for that.
