This place is a microcosm of everything that happens in the “centralized” world. No difference whatsoever, the egos are just as out of control here as in modern corporate environments.

there are those who sit on their self appointed thrones, but regardless of intent or lack thereof, I'm not one to eat a plate served with cyanide. So I'll make noise, I may not be as relevant, my vests may not be intimidating, but I have hope reason will win in the end.
We need noisy people lots of them.
