HDFC sold 4.22% of Gruh Finance
Shares of Gruh Finance ended down 5.4% at Rs 291.85 on Friday.
The lender group HDFC on Friday said it has sold 3.1 cr shares of Gruh Finance for Rs 900 cr.
The sale was carried out through stock market at the market price and expected buyers is gessed to be ICICI Pro, Blackstone, HDFC AMC .
HDFC has been selling stake in Gruh Finance to meet the Central Bank's requirements as Gruh Finance is proposed to be merged with Bandhan Bank.
