He liked dicks so much... I have no idea.
They didn't want to participate on a chain where one stakeholder could sel his stake to another, but they also wanted to rekt steem.
No one is right in this situation. 2 wrongs... that's it.
We are witnessing the total failure of DPoS Governance on both the HIVE and STEEM chains in my opinion.
