I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. I am going to review a grocery shop which is near my home.

Shop & Name

This shop is called Bhai Bhai General Store. It is located at Chand Textile Riverview, Kadamtali Dhaka. It is a local grocery shop. It is located in a residential area. Almost all kinds of products are available in this shop.

Me & shopkeeper

This shop has been established for about 5 years. I know him personally. He used to do small business before. From there, he saved money and established this shop. The shopkeeper is a very sincere person. He runs the shop alone. There are no employees in the shop. Almost all kinds of drinks and groceries are available in the shop.

Dal & Rice

The shop has various dal items. Dal items include lentils, ankara dal, kalai dal etc. There is rice. Rice is sold in sacks and also sold in open kg prices.

Flour & Sugar

Here there is flour, flour and sugar for making bread. These are in open sacks. Along with this, packaged flour is also available.

potatoes, onions, ginger, garlic

Here are potatoes, onions, ginger, garlic. He has kept these in a bucket. This makes it easy for buyers to see and they can buy as they like.

Turmeric, Chilli & salt

Here is turmeric powder, chili powder, salt. Salt is sold in packets. Powdered chili and turmeric are sold by kg and gram.

Open spice masala & packet masala

There are various types of whole hot spice items. Such as pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star spice etc. Along with that, various packaged mixing spices are sold. Packaged spices include biryani, chicken roast, phirni mix etc.

Soap & powder soap

There are various types of soap. Laundry soap, bath soap. There are also soap powder packets for washing clothes.

Cooking oil and eggs

There are essential cooking oils. There are bottled oils. Apart from this, there is open oil. Chicken eggs are available here. They are sold in cases, dozen and pieces.

Hand tissu, toilet cleaner and diaper

There are various types of toiletries items. Toilet cleaner, toilet tissue and hand tissue. There are diapers for children. There are single packets and large packets.

Noodles

There are packets of noodles here. Some of these packets are small packets and some are large packets.

Liquid dishwasher

There are dishwasher items. There are packets and bottles of liquid dishwasher.

Hair oil, face cream,tooth powder & handwash

There are hair oils of different brands for men and women. There are also liquid hand washes. For body use, body powder, snow, vaseline, tooth powder, etc.

Biscuits, Chanachur & Powdermilk

The shop has various items of biscuits such as lemon biscuits, cookies biscuits, etc. There are also packets of chanachur. There are packets of packaged powdered milk.

Mini-packaged products

Mini-packaged products are available here. There are packets of chanachur, biscuits, cakes, chips, etc. These are all single packets.

Freezers

The shop has 2 freezers. One of them keeps cold drinks. And the other freezer only keeps ice cream.

Chocolate

There are various chocolate items for children. There are chewing gum, candies, chocolates, wafers, etc. These are more liked by small children. They are kept in front of the shop to attract them.

Stationary

Some stationery items are kept here. Small and large notebooks, pens, etc. Along with this, thread used for sewing is available.

Inside of the shop

The shop has various types of products. The shop is a local shop in our residential area. So the price is 5 to 10 taka more per kg than the market price. There is no discount on these. However, if you buy more products, the shopkeeper reduces some taka from the total price. The price of all packaged products is given in packets. I am giving open grocery products below with the steam rate. There is no machine for payment here. Transactions are done manually. There are some known customers who also buy other products.

Fan and light

The shop has electrical connections. The shop has lighting. Due to good lighting, the products in the shop can be seen beautifully. There is also an electric fan.
