Where is it located and how to get here?
Shamim Store is located beside the Shaheed Minar in our Parbatipur city. If anyone comes to Parbatipur city and asks about Shamim Store near the Shaheed Minar, people can easily guide them to this shop. From the Shaheed Minar, it takes only about two to three minutes to reach the shop on foot.

A brief history of the shop, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.
The founder of this shop is Mr. Md. Abdur Razzak. The shop has been established here for a very long time. I am not sure, but it may have been established around 1990–1995. As far as I know, this shop has been operating in this place for many years.
Currently, the shop is run by the owner and his sons. The owner has three sons, and together they manage the shop. I have a good relationship with them because I have worked with his middle son, and he is my colleague. For this reason, I frequently visit this shop. This is a very old and well-known grocery shop in our area. There is no specific communication medium such as phone or social media for this shop.

This shop is basically a retail grocery store. The owner purchases goods in bulk and sells them at the retail level. Various grocery items are available here, such as rice, lentils, flour, salt, oil, soap, detergent powder, and many food items like cakes, biscuits, chanachur, ice cream, and cold drinks.
There are no external employees in this shop. The shop is fully managed by the owner and his family members.

When is it opened and closed?
The shop remains open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Since the shop is located near the railway station entrance, it stays open until late at night so that train passengers can easily buy food and water.
What are the facilities like? For example, electricity, seating arrangements, etc.
This shop is located right beside the Shaheed Minar, and there are not many grocery shops nearby, which is why customer traffic is always high. The shop has a good electricity supply, and when electricity is unavailable, a generator is used.
There is no CCTV camera for security, and there is no seating arrangement for customers. These are the existing facilities of this shop.

Since this is a small grocery shop, all transactions are done through cash payment only. Currently, there is no online or digital payment system available.
What products did you purchase? You should include their pictures and prices.
Yesterday, I visited this shop, but I did not purchase anything at that time. I went there mainly to take photos and spent some time chatting with them before leaving.
Usually, I do my grocery shopping at this shop at the beginning of the month after receiving my salary. Since it is the end of the month now, I did not buy any items during my last visit.
It would be great if you could provide your review feedback on how their service is.
The service of this shop is very good. The owner and his sons manage the shop themselves, so there is no third party involved who might behave badly with customers. Because the owner’s family runs the shop, customer service is friendly and respectful.
They maintain good relationships with customers and sell products at reasonable prices. Overall, this is a reliable and customer-friendly grocery store in our area.
