Where is it located and how to get here?
The name of this shop is Majedul Jewellers. It is located in New Market, Jasim Uddin Road, Parbatipur. It is very easy to find if you come to Parbatipur town and ask anyone, they will show you the way. You can reach the shop by van or even by walking. The shop usually remains open from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

A brief history of the store, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.
This jewelry shop has been running in Parbatipur New Market for many years. The owner, Md. Majedul Islam, established this shop about 10–12 years ago. Before opening his own business, he learned goldsmith work from different shops.
Now he runs the shop by himself and manages everything personally, including accounts and customer dealings. He also provides his contact number to customers through visiting cards, so people can easily communicate with him.

Provide clear details about their activities. How many employees are engaged in what work?
Their work process is very clear and customer-friendly. First, they listen to the customer’s design idea and requirements. Then they create jewelry based on that design.
There are many design books available in the shop. Customers can choose their design from those books and place an order.
They make different types of items such as gold chains, earrings, bangles, nose pins, rings, anklets, and silver items. The main goal is to satisfy customers by making jewelry according to their choice.
There is one skilled employee working here who is very experienced. He carefully makes gold and silver items and delivers them perfectly to the customers.

What are the facilities like? For example, electricity, Security, etc.
There are several facilities available in this shop. For safety, valuable items are stored in a strong locker. This locker is very secure and expensive, made of heavy iron.
There is enough space in front of the shop for parking. However, I did not see any CCTV cameras here. The owner mentioned that he may install CCTV cameras in the future.
The shop has proper lighting and fan . There is also a generator system in case of power cuts.

There are two payment methods available in this shop. Customers can pay by cash or through bKash. These are the main methods used here. In the future, more payment options may be added.
Which product did you purchase from here? It should be shown. It would be better to show proof of payment.
Since my 1st wedding anniversary is coming soon, I bought a diamond nose pin as a gift for my wife. The price of this nose pin was 5040 BDT based on the current market rate.
I have also prepared some other gifts to surprise her. Due to the high price of gold, I could not buy a gold item this time, but I will try to give something better in the future.

Overall, I really liked the service of Majedul Jewellers. The shop is clean and well organized. The owner manages everything personally, which builds trust. Sometimes employees may not be fully reliable, but here the owner himself handles most , which is a good thing. There is one skilled worker who supports him. There is enough parking space in front of the shop. Different types of gold, silver, and diamond jewelry are available here at current market prices.
In conclusion, I had a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this shop.
