Assalamu Alaikum everyone, how are you all. I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I participated in the competition and came to you with a new recipe. I really liked this week's competition and the main theme of this week's competition was also amazing. That's why I had initially decided that I would participate in the competition. But due to time, I was late to participate in the competition. However, today I participated in the competition and came to you with a delicious recipe. I chose potatoes and eggs to make the recipe. Eggs are very beneficial for our body. When I made and presented this delicious potato egg kebab recipe, it looked very beautiful and tasted amazing.

First, I boiled the potatoes and eggs. Then I peeled and cleaned them and put them in a pan.

Then I mashed the potatoes. Then I mashed the eggs.

At this stage, I added chopped onion, chopped green chili, and chopped coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes and eggs.

Now I will add the spices. I added salt, pepper, and all the spices in small amounts. And I mixed everything together well.

Then I took a small amount of the potato and egg mixture and added it to the kebab safe. I made the kebabs with all the potato and egg mixture.

At this stage, I took flour in a bowl. I made a mixture from the flour and water. And I put the prepared kebab in that mixture.

Now I let the oil heat up in a pan. Once the oil was hot, I put the pre-made kebabs in the pan.

Then I fried all the kebabs well. When the kebabs turned brown, I removed them from the frying pan.

The recipe that I have prepared to share with you today is potato egg kebab. I love making this recipe. Everyone in my family likes to eat this recipe that I make with my own hands. That is why it has become very famous as my signature dish in my family. This potato egg kebab is very delicious to eat. Besides, I prepare it every year on our special day, that is why everyone likes to eat my signature dish.

The recipe I have created reflects both my local roots and my global imagination. Because the recipe I have created here uses potatoes and eggs. These two recipes are very beneficial for my body and with these two ingredients we can make anything at any time. And I think I have added local culture to this dish. In our country, this kebab is very popular in different types. Because everyone loves to eat it. And I like it because these ingredients are used in that dish.

This dish looks different from the other dishes I make. Because I make it mostly while enjoying the joy of my family. That's why it doesn't feel that different to me when I make other dishes. But when I make this dish, it feels a little different to me because I always make food to share the joy of my family. Where I use potatoes to make a very tasty dish and the whole family enjoys it.

If I had the opportunity to serve this to anyone in the world, I would serve this dish to my friends. Because I have shared this dish that I have prepared with my family many times. They have enjoyed it very much and have eaten it with great pleasure. But my close friends have never been able to serve any food that I have prepared. That is why I want my friends to enjoy this signature dish that I have prepared the same way that my relatives have enjoyed it. That is why if I have to serve this dish to anyone, I will serve this dish to my friends.
