Assalamu Alaikum everyone, how are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy from their respective places. I am also fine. Today I have come to participate in a new competition where there is a competition to bring a global twist to local food. By participating in this competition, I have prepared a breakfast. Where I tried to present a simple food in a new way. We are constantly eating different types of food for breakfast. But if there is a new twist to that food, then it feels amazing to eat it. Moreover, I was very happy to see the different new recipes added by each person. By participating in this competition, I tried to share a breakfast food in a new form with you.

First, I cut the sides of the bread and divided it in two down the middle to make toast.
Now I put the coriander leaves in a bowl and chopped the onion.
Then I added salt like my family. Then I added two eggs and mixed everything together.
At this stage, I put a piece of bread inside the egg mixture and applied the egg mixture to the bread.
Then I let the oil heat up in a pan. After the oil got hot, I lightly fried the bread in the oil.
After frying, I took them out of the pan.
Then I added and decorated it with tomato sauce and onions. And after decorating and adding new things separately, it was amazing to eat.
• What global element or idea did you add to give it a twist?
I have used coriander leaves and chilli and tomato sauce to give it a new look. Usually we make it with eggs. This is the common way to fry it with eggs and it is very delicious to eat. Since some recipes have been asked to use it, I thought that here I will use onion coriander leaves and if I use sauce, it will be much more delicious to eat. It will add a different level of taste where it will become much more delicious and yummy to eat. Today, the way I have shared this recipe with you, when I feel like eating something that can be made very easily, I make it. I have already made many at home before and with a new dimension. So today, when the opportunity came to add something new to this recipe, I shared this new recipe of my own with you.
• How did the new version taste or look compared to the original?
To be honest, the new way I made this recipe from the original looks very beautiful and tempting. It tastes just as delicious and yummy. The original recipe is much more fun to eat. This is what we have always eaten whenever such recipes are made. But after making it in this new way, the ingredients I used, onion, coriander leaves and sauce, have actually transformed it into a very tasty new recipe. Which, in a word, tastes amazing and delicious.
• What inspired your creativity in this dish?
In fact, I sometimes try to add something new to different recipes to create such recipes that can be made very easily and without much hassle with few ingredients. So that a delicious dish can be made very easily and from there I tried to make this recipe. Where a recipe can be made in a very simple way and a lot of fun, it has become so delicious to eat. In fact, I always want to make a delicious recipe in a short time without any hassle with any ingredients. And this is exactly how it is and from there the creativity of making this delicious dish is revealed.
