Adaptability and Resilience is the way to go
Today knowledge is available beyond the classroom and books which I would like to share with you as I talk about my own experience.

In terms of what we discuss I have been into that which has been very illuminating for me and also I have been into technology which I have found very helpful. I grew my skill set out which I began with drawing but as time went on I added more like graphic designing. Also I am able to expand on what I learn at the shop through watching YouTube work related videos at home in addition to my in shop learning.
Also I ask a lot of questions, in fact when I put them out there what I do is help myself to see what I don’t know and also to let go of what no longer serves me.
Coping mechanisms are of equal importance as knowledge. What I have learned is to be patient, self awareness helps me to navigate through constant change in my life. Also I am a believer in asking for help and in sharing experiences with others which I think you truly don’t grow without so I live to see others grow.
So for the elderly I think that which they have is wisdom and experience beyond price, I listened to their stories and their lives’ stories which in turn taught me resilience and values that you can’t get from a search engine. Also at the same time I put forth to them and I teach them easy technology which brings them into today’s fast moving world.
And also for the young ones I do this which is to show them how to handle their emotions, to embrace change and also I get them involved in a continuous learning which I think is key for the future.
I see that which we put out there is a global effort in which the old and the young participate in. Also growth and adaptability is what propels us forward.
Thanks for tuning in I am very grateful for that.
