‎The Diary Game:  My Monday at Work  and the cold rainfall [21/09/2026] ‎

‎Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @anotex and in today's episode, I want to share how my day went and I hope this adds even more colour to your already beautiful day.

‎This early morning, my mom woke me up around 5:30am .
‎I had my bath at home, brushed my teeth,wore my clothes and dashed off in the mild rain around 6:20am
‎

‎I jogged from home to workplace in the rain, I felt cold but I kept jogging, I passed the shorter road and I arrived at 6:45am , I was the 1st person to arrive work today. I entered the office, I mopped everywhere , I went to have a slight shower bath at the bathroom to remove the sweat from jogging. I didn't bring food to the office because we were going to be given free food for today being Monday, so I waited till they shared the food.

‎I went to relax inside the office as the rain was still drizzling lightly, today is Monday and we are all given free food . We were given tea/bread in the morning . After we finished eating, a heavy rain fell , and I felt serious cold , because the laboratory AC was also on too . I managed to keep myself warm till the rain stopped. By 2pm , we went to collect lunch, we had fufu/Ogbolo soup and it was delicious even if it was cold. My boss gave me an additional food which was for someone that didn't come to claim it on time . I was satisfied with the food , I literally ate two plates of food today 😂, and I promised myself not to eat again for today.

‎My phone was completely dead , so I just I allowed it to charge a little, after a small time ,the General Manager wanted me to go on an errand to buy something for the laboratory. I and one of the staffs went to get it. The market was closed today so we didn't find it . We were told to go home from there instead of returning to the company

‎After some hours, I went to the head office for documentation so that I would be recognised as a legal staff and be able to collect my salary, I gave them my passport and answered a few questions, and I was approved as a legal worker successfully. I was happy.

‎

‎I walked back home and arrived about 30mins later . I didn't find anyone at home because they went for church. I jumped into my bed and relaxed a bit , they came back and we greeted, joked and gisted a little before we all went to bed to finally retire for the day .
Today was a sweet , unexpectedly satisfying and full of gains for me , I wish to see more days like this in coming times .
