Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 114: A Day in my Life
Good day, everyone. I am so excited to participate in this wonderful contest, and thanks to Steem4nigeria for bringing up this amazing topic.
Briefly tell us how your 2025 has been so far |
|---|
2025 has been one of my unforgettable years. So many things happened that made the year stand out on its own. Some moments were tough, but the beautiful things that happened later made everything worth it. It is a God blessed year for me, to be honest. I have seen changes, small wins, and big achievements that made me appreciate how far I’ve come. Looking back now, I can confidently say this year carried a different kind of grace for me.
Would you say the year was worth it? |
|---|
Yes, of course, it's more than worth it, and I give thanks to God for the wonderful things that occurred. Even the challenges I faced earlier in the year taught me lessons. Everything I went through pushed me, shaped me, and prepared me for the blessings that came later. So when I say the year was worth it, I really mean it from my heart.
Share your most remarkable day in 2025 with us either positive or negative |

First of all, there are many wonderful things that happened lately, but this particular achievement is another level of a remarkable day. The day I bought my new car. This day is a day I can never forget in my life. Buying the car is not something genuine to the community, but buying a car at the age of twenty-four is another stage of achievement. The feeling was different. I was excited, grateful, and shocked at the same time because I knew where I started from. Standing beside the car and holding the keys made me realize that all my late nights, efforts, and patience were not wasted.
What was/were your lesson[s] about the day you have shared above? |
|---|
Yes, I learned a lot of lessons. In everything you're doing, be grateful and don't underestimate yourself. Giving up is the worst decision to make. Before I bought my car, something was not going normally, and at that time I felt like giving up, but this spirit kept telling me not to give up and to keep pushing, and I did so. After a few weeks, things started moving well. That experience taught me that sometimes the breakthrough is closest when the frustration is highest. If I had listened to my worries instead of that small inner push, I would have missed one of the best days of my life.
Is there anything you would have changed about that day or was it just alright? Tell us |
|---|
Like I said, I will always be grateful to God. Honestly, everything was just good and bearable. I wouldn't change anything about that day because everything happened perfectly in its own way. 2025 is an absolutely fantastic year for me personally, and that moment made it even more meaningful.
Conclusion |
|---|
In summary, 2025 has been a year that taught me patience, rewarded my efforts, and opened my eyes to how far consistency can carry a person. The remarkable moments, especially buying my first car at twenty-four, showed me that no dream is too big when God’s grace is involved. This year reminded me that setbacks do not define the end of a journey—they only prepare you for the blessings ahead. I’m grateful for everything I experienced, everything I learned, and everything that shaped me. As the year continues, I can only look forward with hope and gratitude for what is still coming.
I invite @bossj23, @teejay05 and @okere-blessing.

It's a good thing that you can look back to yesterday and see how far you've gone. It's true that it didn't all end our way, but being alive is the greatest!
