The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Akwa Ibom Investment Corporation (AKICORP), Mr. Imo-Abasi Jacob, has praised the State Government for establishing a world-class hospitality facility that showcases the state's tourism potential beyond the capital city.

Mr. Jacob made the commendation during a cocktail reception held on Friday, December 13, 2025, to mark the hotel's third anniversary.

He noted that the hotel's operations exemplify excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and international hospitality standards.

The AKICORP boss urged the management of the hotel to maintain its high standards and build on its achievements as it enters its fourth year of operations. Earlier, the Managing Director of Four Points by Sheraton Ikot Ekpene, Mr. Yakutt, welcomed guests and expressed appreciation for the support the hotel has received.
