SLC-S28/W1-"Local Taste, Global Twist| Breakfast!"

Hello everyone.How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank @ninapenda for organizing such a beautiful contest. Actually, there are many things in the tradition and culture of our country. Where there are different traditions in breakfast or other foods. And there are some local breakfasts that we take as breakfast. But to be honest, we eat roti, paratha, bhaji, eggs, milk, bread for breakfast. It is our daily job to prepare these easily and eat them in a short time. But today I have presented my post by trying something new as a twist with some differences in the local breakfast. In our local breakfast, it is called One Pan Egg Toast/Egg Sandwich. It can be called a very common breakfast. But I have added a twist to it and named it Chicken-Egg Mixed Sandwich. If you have light green tea or milk with this breakfast, it will be a very healthy breakfast.

Ingredients required for making breakfast

| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Coriander | A little bit |
| Black pepper powder | 1 tsp |
| Bread | 2 pieces |
| Chicken meat | Two small pieces |
Step-1
First, I pierced the chicken pieces with a slotted spoon so that the spices could penetrate the meat well. Then I added salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and ginger paste and mixed them well. Then I left them for a while.
Step-2
Then I heated oil in a pan, added two pieces of chicken and fried them for a while. After frying, I cut them into several pieces.
Step-3
Then I broke two eggs in a bowl. Then I added onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and black pepper to it and mixed them well with the eggs.
Step-4
Then I heated a little oil in a pan. After the oil was hot, I added the egg mixture. I fried the egg mixture for a while and then placed two bread slices on both sides of it.
Step-5
After the bottom of the egg was fried, I flipped the bread and fried it for a few more minutes.
Step-6
Then I put the chicken pieces on one bread and put another bread on top of one bread with tomato sauce. This is how I made bread toast.
Final Output
I videotaped the entire recipe while I was making it. But here I'm sharing a short clip of the final presentation because this breakfast looked so tempting at the time.

| What global element or idea did you add to give it a twist? |

Basically, in making this breakfast in a local way, eggs, onions, green chillies and bread are given. It is made in a very simple way. But since it is said to add a twist to the local breakfast, I have used another healthy global ingredient. This is chicken marinated with black pepper and then fried. It is as fun to eat as it is to bring novelty to this breakfast. It gives the entire local breakfast a very unique look and makes it full of flavor. Just as chicken is healthy, pepper is a beneficial spice. Its taste was unimaginable because of frying it in the middle of the sandwich. I also used fresh winter coriander and tomato sauce to make it a little more delicious. These are not usually used in local egg sandwiches.

Honestly, both dishes are very delicious. Since I have eaten normal egg sandwiches before, I have a very good idea about their taste. However, due to the addition of chicken, it has a completely different flavor. Due to the tomato sauce, a different flavor of fried chicken and bread has been added. In each bite, the chicken and egg marinated in black pepper are mixed. Each bite seems to reveal a different flavor. It is so delicious that my little son enjoyed eating it. If you compare the taste of the two, you can say that the taste has been very different because of the chicken. And since it is a slightly grilled type of chicken, it is also much more delicious to eat. And since I put the chicken inside, you can't tell anything different from the outside. However, after cutting it in the middle, the combination of chicken and sauce was amazing.

I have always loved cooking. I love creating something unique. Trying new things to bring innovation to food is my daily task. And in this dish, the only people who inspire my creativity are my family. Because after making breakfast this way, everyone in my family liked it very much. And that's why I try to create and serve something new with new flavors.
