RIGHT WAY TO GAIN WEIGHT
Gaining weight requires patience and a long-term approach to ensure the weight added is healthy muscle rather than just body fat. To gain healthy weight is to consume more calories than you burn (a calorie surplus).

The healthy approach to gaining weight is consuming nutrient-dense foods, having consistent or regular eating habits, and doing strength training to build muscle mass.
To gain healthy weight, choose foods that provide calories along with vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Also consuming healthy fats like avocado, nuts, and olive oil; complex carbs like brown rice, oats, and sweet potatoes; and high-quality protein like lean meat, eggs, fish, lentils, etc.
Eating frequently, exercising regularly to build muscle mass, taking healthy weight products like protein powder, drinking milk, fruit juice, nut butter, and yogurt, consuming an appropriate diet or the right diet at the right time, and staying hydrated always are important, but most importantly, resting and sleeping 7-9 hours a day helps too.

The unhealthy way of gaining weight is taking high-calorie, low-nutrient food and junk food, and this results in fast fat gain, which increases belly fat and other health-related issues like lung illness, kidney issues, and some causes of hormonal imbalance. For example, taking weight gain syrup that contains cyproheptadine is not good for weight gain; there are a lot of side effects, which many people ignore, especially ladies who desperately want to gain weight, easily forgetting the future consequences.
- Consuming fast food, candies, sugary drinks, and chips doesn't add weight because it lacks essential nutrition.
- Eating a lot of sugary snacks and fried foods increases weight, no doubt, but it also increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart-related issues, and many more.
- The right way to gain weight is slow and steady, combining strength training with a balanced diet of nutritious, high-calorie foods.
To gain healthy weight, eat a balanced diet every day, take nutritious drinks, not sugary sodas or junk food or fried food, but exercise to increase muscular mass and take nutritious protein powder like tiger nuts, groundnuts, peanuts, soya beans, carbs, etc.
Many people also advertise taking fenugreek seeds, maca roots, etc., since they are natural, but they are not healthy because taking too much of them causes health-related issues like fertility or menstrual problems, stresses the liver and kidneys over time, and worsens conditions like thyroid disorder, especially with the maca roots, etc.
I will conclude by advising those that want to gain weight or are already taking something pertaining to gaining weight to avoid things that increase weight fast, especially products that contain cyproheptadine; eat well; rest; and exercise, or better still, take a natural resource like protein powder or drink smoothies.
