INTRODUCTION
WHO IS AN INGRATE
MY EXPERIENCE WITH AN INGRATE
I have had much experience with ingrates but I want to share recent ones. First, I had these savings in my online account for a long period of time. It's always good to save for the future, do on a particular day, I mistakenly mentioned to a friend of mine that I had savings and the friend immediately started disturbing me day and night for me to withdraw my savings to add to his rent, that he will return it back. Unfortunately, I had to do it based on friendship and when I gave it out, that's was noting like thank you. Rather, he asked me, "is this all you have been saving?" Unfortunately, I couldn't get that money back as everytime I brought it up, it was one issue to another, I had to let it go and also let the friendship go.
Also, I have another friend and we have been friends for more than a year now. This my friend is a definition of ingrate, even tho other people are saying the friendship isn't worth it, but I'm still friends with the person tho I'm not proud of the friendship because it's filled with ungratefulness and parasitic.
This my friend takes almost everything from me without appreciating, and you can't even ask her to help in any way for her to help, rather she will complain. She is always eating in my house, sleeping in my house, borrowing money, most times I dash but if you ask her for help, she asks you to pay. The most recent one happened yesterday. This my friend was in my house from morning and at a certain time, she said she was hungry. I gave her access to my kitchen to make food and eat. And then, we didn't have light for day, so my battery was 56 percent, but she used it to watch two full movies until the battery was 30 percent. I begged my friend to remain some battery fir me at least so I can answer calls on my phone, this was when my friend wanted to watch a third movie, she told me that I'm being very selfish, she asked if it's because I see her in my house. That passed. Few hours later, I asked my friend to show me some calculation which I needed to know since she is a science student, my friend had the mind to look me in the eye and tell me that she won't do it since I didn't allow her continue watching movies on my phone. I felt very sad especially when I remembered that battery would have lasted a day if she didn't watch movies abd the fact that she ate my food and still remained ungrateful.

What lessons did you learn from your experience with that ingrate?
I learnt few lessons from my experience from that I grate. The lessons were:
• That a person with an ungrateful heart will never be grateful no matter what you do for him or her.
• That a person with an ungrateful heart or an ingrate can never give or help anyone without expecting something in return.
• That friendship or relationship with an ingrate is a one sided one. They are quick to ask for help but unavailable when you need help.
• Finally, the bitter lesson is that a grateful dog is better than an ungrateful person.
Would you do good to others regardless in spite of your past experience with an ingrate?
Yes,i would still do good to others regardless or in spite of my past experience with an Ingrate. This is because the good I do today are seeds sown, and I don't know where I will reap from. In life, you can't stop doing good because someone repaid your good for evil.
