What 3 things do you like about Steemit Social Media Platform? Give reasons why you do

1. I find the best thing about steemit is that the hard work of people and creativity are valued here. Users share their stories, ideas and experiences. They get rewarded for good content. It inspires them to do better.

2. I also love the friendly and helpful community of steemit. Here people from different countries meet each other with love, respect and cooperation. Making new friends and learning from others brings great joy.

3. I also love the various competitions and activities on steemit. These activities make the platform interesting and fun. It give users an opportunity to showcase their talents.

If you asked how you would want Steemit to be or change to, what 3 things would they be?

1. If I get a chance to change steemit. I would like to have more guidance and support for new and junior users. So that they can easily understand the platform. They start their journey with confidence.

2. I would also like to reward quality content more fairly to encourage every hardworking user and encourage people to create better content. Along with this, junior state men should also have equal opportunities to advance. Many new users want to organize challenges, join the curation team and work for the community, but every time the SP requirements are raised, they are frustrated and unable to progress.

3. Also I would like to organize more educational and fun activities, competitions and community events on steemit to strengthen the connection, learning process and friendship among the users. I wish senior steemians would give more opportunities to new and hardworking users as well. Because often most seniors only select their acquaintances or other senior steemians. This making it difficult for junior to advance.

What one thing do you think can be done on Steemit to prevent any case of injustices or favouritism?

I think the most important thing to eliminate unfairness and favoritism on steemit is a transparent, fair and equal opportunity system. Today many junior steemians work hard, create good content. They want to organize challenges and dream of being part of the curation team. But every time SP requirements are increased. This making it very difficult for junior to progress. It often feels like opportunities are only given to those who are already senior. Or have a proven track record. While junior and talented users are overlooked.

According to me, the solution to this problem is that there should be clear, fair and uniform rules for every selection, curation and responsibility. Not only SP should be made a standard, but user's hard work, consistency, creativity and community engagement should also be given importance. If junior users are given an equal opportunity, they will act with more confidence and steemit can become a stronger, more active and positive platform.

Yes, even if I have a personal issue with a curator, I still feel that he/she should view my post only based on the quality of content, effort and creativity. Steemit is a professional and community based platform where personal differences should not come between work and justice. If a post is well written, informative, and diligently written, it should get support regardless of personal relationships.

I think the hallmark of a good curator is to be impartial, fair to all and not let personal likes or dislikes influence decisions. If curators only support their favorites and ignore others, it discourages new and hardworking users. So I think fairness, honesty and equality is the real beauty of steemit.
