Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 114: A Day in my Life -(2025)

This life resemble one big market,noise everywhere, people are hustling here and there, some people are smiling because they made good sells, some people too are frowning, but everybody is chasing something. As you are walking inside, you will see pepper seller shouting, tailor arguing with customer, and little children running with pure water at hand for people to buy. That's how this 2025 be for me,it's full of drama, full of lessons, and full of little joys that hide inside the problems. Just picture yourself too inside this market, because that's the same way this year have carried me up and down, yet still it teach me how to stand strong.

2025 has shown me pepper and at the same time gives me joy. This year start with plenty expectations, I carried hope like a hustler. January and February was a serious grind, I push work, try to balance family activities and small side hustle. Sometimes it was like everything want to choke, but I still stand.

By March, I begin to see small green light. My side hustle start to bring little change, and I reconnect with some old friends too which I never meet for years. Those moments remind me that life is not always about money alone, sometimes its about the people which is around you. April and May still carry their own problems too, but I really learn how to manage stress much better.

So far, 2025 it's the year which test patience, but it also show me that growth is possible if a person *never give up.

Yes, the year worth it. However,even if it's not perfect, it still teach me many other lessons. Life can not just always give you what you plan for, but it will give you what you need though. The struggles althrough makes me to be stronger, the little victories gives me joy, and the challenges open my eyes very well.

Just like when NEPA take the light, you will be angry, but when they brought the light back, you will shout “Up NEPA!” That short joy remind me that even small blessings is always sweet and can make someone to be happy. So 2025 worth it because it shape me,* it mold me, and it remind me that every season get it own purpose.

One day which I won't ever forget was one Saturday in June. I had a task Which I have to deliver to a client at work and I prepare so much till I was tired. That morning rain started to fall and scattered everywhere, the traffic hold me well, and I reach late. My boss was really angry, colleagues look me somehow, and I feel like the ground should swallowed me.

But it was that same day, when I finally present the clients work for him. He was really happy till he paid me 5 times of the normal payment. That moment change everything. From shame to fame, from fear to confidence. I remember that day because it shows me that sometimes your worst start can turn to your best ending.

The lesson is really clear: You should ever judge a day by how it start. Life can begin rough but end smooth. I learn that preparation is important, but confidence can save you when things scatter. I also learn that setbacks doesn't mean failure; it just a test which can push you to shine.

Another lesson is that patience is the key. If I was angry that morning and refuse to arrive at work even thoe I was late,I would have miss the chance I had that day. No doubt, I will just carried it as a clear reminder that no matter how rainy the morning might be at the moment, that the sun can still shine in the afternoon for joy to come.

If I would have to change anything, maybe I would have leave the house much earlier before the rain started and to avoid traffic problems. But apart from that, I won't change anything. Because the struggle was what make the victory to be sweet. If everything was smooth from the beginning, I would have not really value the applause which I have.

So I will say that the day is alright as it is. Therefore it's just a mix of some pain and joy that makes it remarkable and memorable. Sometimes it's the imperfections we have that can just give life the flavor we want.

So in finall, this 2025 have just teach me resilience, patience, and gratitude. Every day, whether it's good or bad, they can add one scene or new chapter to our story. Well, I must say that this particular year is not really perfect, but its real on its own, and it's going to an end. Nothing I can change or do about it. Till next year.
