Sometimes I will just be going through my thoughts, reasoning my life, I will just ask myself: “What will make my life truly meaningful? What will be that one thing which will make me very proud that will make me not just live to leave for myself but also for others?” This kind of thought do push my dream every day.

Share a personal dream with us. Just be real in your writing (life, career, family, society, or nation)

My dream is very clear and detailed: I want to build something which will surely benefit people beyond me. I do dream that I will establish strong business and social projects which will give opportunities to youths, empower families, and even contribute to national growth. I don't chase dream just for my pocket, I do chase dream which will touch many lives.*

I do imagine that one day I will set up foundation which will sponsor education for children which has talent but no support for them. I want to create business ventures which can employ people, give them a steady income, and reduce the rate of joblessness. I do also dream that I will use my platform to mentor young minds, guide them, and show them that success is not only for few people—anybody can achieve it if them as a proper direction.

Why is this dream important to you?

However this dream is very important to me because I believe that life does not suppose to be selfish. If you succeed and only you always enjoy, that's a half success. True success is when others do benefit from your achievement.

I always reason that if I can help one person to have a proper education, that person can later help another ten. If I can create one business to employ fifty people, those fifty will feed their families, and the ripple effect will surely spread. That is why this dream is important to me—because it not just about me, it's about society.

Another reason is because I know the joy which do come when you see a person smile because of your effort. We can't buy that kind of fulfillment with money. I want to remembered not just as person which chase wealth, but as a person which use his success to lift others.

What Challenges Are Standing in the Way Between You and your Dream?

Many Challenges are on my way. First is the system challenge. Nigeria is not really easy for entrepreneurs or dreamers. Policies do change, infrastructure do weak, and sometimes government support is not there.

Another challenge is the mindset of people. Some youths have already loose hope, they don't believe that a better future is possible. To inspire dem, you need to be patience and consistency.

Time is another challenge to me. To balance personal life, career, and dream of helping others do always require discipline. Sometimes you will feel that the load is too much, but it's the sacrifice which is very necessary.

What are you doing (or hope to do) to achieve this big dream?

I learn from other and I do take the steps little by little. I invest in knowledge, because I believe that before you can lead others, you must first prepare yourself. I do attend trainings, I do read, and I learn how to manage people and resources.

I try also to build network. I always know that connection is very important. Therefore i link up with people which has similar vision, because collaboration do make dream easier to achieve.

I have plan that I will start with small projects—like sponsoring few students, organizing youth seminars, or starting small business ventures. From there, I will expand it. I also save and invest, because to run projects you need funds.

Amd Most importantly, I do always pray and stay focused. Truly , I believe that surely with consistency, discipline, and the God’s grace, the dream will comes true.

Conclusion

In all, My dream is not all about stoping poverty or survival. My dream is about impact. How I'll love and want to build an empire which will benefit others, empower youths, support families, and contribute to society. I want to leave legacy which will make people to say, “This person didn't just succeed for himself, he succeed for all of us.”
