Hello guys it's your girl @hemy again and I want to share how I prepared my vegetable soup, we call it Erikan ikong in our dialect. So in the morning I woke up and I was like gosh what am I gonna eat, you know that feeling of waking up and you don't even know what to prepare. So I sat down and thought about what's simple too cook and I remembered how fast it is to prepare vegetable soup.

My vegetable leaves

So I went to the nearest market to buy vegetable leaves and water leaves with other ingredients. On approaching the market I bought water leaves first and I bought vegetable for 500 naira and when I wanted to go back I saw another vegetable that was very fresh than the first one so I decided to buy it again cuz I love fresh vegetables.

So when I reached home I quickly watched my water leaves and my vegetable leaves then separately cut them one by one and then I prepared all the ingredients including fish and other things.

Frying my oil

So guys I like frying my vegetables so I decided to put a pot on the fire and when it got hot I put onions and salt and allow it for only 10 seconds and I put water leaves and covered it for it to bring it water out the. After some minutes I put water and covered it again.

My soup is ready

So after some minutes I put my vegetables and stirred it up and removed it from the fire cus I always love it fresh.

So guys my soup is ready and I want you all to come join me cuz it's so delicious. I cooked it very fast and it's simple to prepare, that's one thing I love about vegetables soup.
