How are you all? I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I am very happy to share with you Steemit Challenge Season 28, Week 1. The theme of this week is Local Taste, Global Twist, so I thought, How about presenting the simple breakfast that we eat every day in a completely new way?

Today I made piece of bread with egg and milk, a very common breakfast in my country. I made breakfast with these three ingredients. tomato sauce and powdered milk, which are often used in Western breakfasts. And my recipe was made by adding these ingredients. Thank you, @ninapenda Madam, for organising such a beautiful contest.

First I took all the ingredients; you can see bread, egg, milk and tomato sauce. Then I took a white pot, a fork and a spoon. Then I broke two eggs in that pot. Then I took salt in a pot; I will give it here in quantity.

Then you can see the packet of powdered milk here; I will add it with the egg now. I have made a nice paste of the eggs with the powdered milk using a spatula. Now I have taken another big white container to keep the bread. Now I have taken the packet of bread, and I will now put the bread in the white container.

Now you can see that I have arranged six pieces of bread here beautifully. I have to fry the breads with the previously beaten egg in a container. I have placed a hot container in the oven. And I have put some soybean oil there.

Now I have spread the egg paste inside the bread. Now you can see that I have put the first part in the container, and it is being fried. Then I turned it over, and now the second part is being fried. And you can see that I am frying and placing it in a container, and this is how I will fry all the breads.

Now you can see that all my rotis are fried in oil with eggs. Now I have taken tomato sauce leaves; these are three taka. And on top of each fried roti, I put a little tomato sauce in the middle. My serving is now ready to eat.

I often eat this food as a breakfast and as an afternoon snack, and my daughter and I enjoyed the breakfast with great pleasure.

Before Local Breakfast:

The main ingredients of my breakfast are pa roti and eggs. This is a simple, familiar and homely breakfast food. Pa roti is lightly fried, beaten with eggs and fried in oil. It is simple in taste but familiar and comforting.

After Global Twist:

In the new version, I added tomato sauce and powdered milk, along with a creamy sauce of egg and milk. The bread is lightly fried and decorated with tomato sauce to create a shape. This plating makes the dish look modern and attractive. It is creamy and sour-sweet in taste and a combination of soft and slightly crispy in texture.

2️⃣ What global ingredients or ideas did you add to give it a new look?

I added two things in the new version: Egg-milk creamy sauce European breakfast style Tomato sauce Western Italian American flavour. The modern plating style is tomato sauce arranged on bread, which is also attractive and restaurant style. These ingredients combined with the original local breakfast transformed it into an international breakfast.

3️⃣ How did the new version taste or look compared to the original version?

Taste Original Breakfast Simple, familiar, comforting New version Creamy, sweet and sour, rich in flavor and interesting Original Breakfast Simple and homely New version Plating is stylish, and the arrangement looks modern and professional.

4️⃣ What inspired your creativity in this dish?

My goal was to give a unique and interesting twist to the ordinary homely breakfast. Using simple ingredients to create new flavours and modern presentations. This idea inspired me. I wanted the dish to be beautiful to look at, rich in flavour and add a global twist to the ordinary breakfast.

I love the way this dish developed from a basic, local breakfast to an inventive global version. It was just bread and eggs, familiar, hearty and very homey. But then you throw on some tomato sauce, powdered milk and an egg-milk cream sauce (I substitute cream for the powdered milk because hell yeah) and the thing fucking transforms. The clean, straightforward flavors transform into creamy and a little sweet and tart, far richer tasting. It also gives it that new, modern look that makes it look like a restaurant menu item
