If you are given full power in my community or country for a year, then I will solve the problem of eliminating unemployment by improving the education system and ensuring employment-oriented education first. Education is a priceless asset of the country. In our country, more or less everyone acquires education. But very few people acquire employment-oriented education. If we emphasize on the technical education system, everyone will become employment-oriented. Although the youth of our country is educated, the unemployment rate in this country is high. We will eliminate unemployment by improving the education system and introducing employment-oriented education system.

Why did you choose this problem over others?

I think the main problem of our country is unemployment. Due to high unemployment, our youth is being destroyed. We have an education system in our country. Even though the boys and girls of our country are educated, they are being led astray due to the frustration of unemployment. Due to unemployment, they are getting involved in various immoral or bad activities. It is possible to eliminate unemployment by introducing a proper education system and introducing a technical education system. If a country's unemployment is eliminated and everyone is made resource-oriented, then only that country and nation can be taken forward. If you want to develop the country and the nation, it is necessary to introduce a proper education system. That is why I have chosen this problem over others.

What difficult decisions do you have to make?

To establish this authority and lead the country in the right direction, I have to make some difficult decisions-

1. We have to reduce the budget for unnecessary food and invest in the education sector.

2. Eliminate old and ineffective education systems and establish technical education

3. Take action against corrupt individuals and educational institutions.

4. Give importance to establishing technical education and establish digital education technology.

How will you explain this decision to those who do not agree with you?

For those who do not agree with me, I will explain to them what is the main reason for taking this decision. The education system is just one sector, it is the key to nation building. If we invest in the education sector today, employment will increase in the future and the country will develop economically. If unemployment among the youth decreases, the crime rate in the country will decrease. If unemployment is eliminated, family poverty will be eliminated and the country will develop economically. I will prove with real examples that developed countries have developed by prioritizing education.
