LET’S TALK ABOUT THE PAIN WE DON’T TALK ABOUT

This year, I made a decision; one I believe can save lives.

I made this decision not because I have all the answers. Not because I’m stronger than anyone else. But because I’ve seen how pain can be very quiet… and how easily it’s ignored. I've seen how much it gets swept under the carpet.

I’ve watched people laugh, gist, and still be breaking inside. I’ve heard “I’m fine” when it was obvious they weren’t. I’ve felt the weight of thoughts we hide because we don’t want to worry people or look weak.

Most people who are struggling don’t actually want to die. They just want the pain to stop. That truth stayed with me. That’s why I’m here.

I’m speaking up about suicide prevention and awareness because silence is costing lives. Because many of us were raised to “be strong” and “endure,” even when everything inside us is falling apart. Because too many young people feel like they must carry everything alone.

This is not about statistics or social media noise. This is about real people. Real lives. Real moments where one message, one call, one “How far? Are you really okay?” can change everything.
