The Diary Game| 13/09/2026: Celebrating My Birthday and Doing Other Activities

Today, on my birthday, I stayed awake from 12 am when my alarm rang. Waking up at such an hour, I remained silent and meditated on myself, and then gave thanks to God for adding another year to my life.

After praying and meditating, I then opened my WhatsApp and posted a picture of myself wishing myself a happy birthday celebration. After posting on WhatsApp, I also made a birthday post on my Facebook account before I lay down and slept until 5:40 am which was the time I woke up and prepared myself for church.

It has been a long that I went to church, but today, being my birthday, I made it a must to go to church, and I did as I planned. I arrived at the church premises early enough and went inside, sat down, listened to the words of God, and partook in the church activities.

Immediately after the church service came to an end, I rushed back home and engaged myself in doing household chores. A few hours later, my friends came to wish me a happy birthday, and I offered them wine, drinks, and popcorn, since I was yet to prepared something.

During afternoon hour, I and my friend drive out, and we both went to a restaurant to eat in celebration of my birthday. At the restaurant, I ate and bought a lot of drinks and snacks for the children in my neighborhood. I took everyone in my compound by surprise, as they didn't know it was my birthday until they saw me sharing gifts with the children.
