The Dairy Game|| 11-11-2025|| happy moments of riding bicycle and working

Hello everyone how are you guys doing today hope you all are doing well, as for me, after my last post of being sick since then have been battling with sickness and it also forces me to stay indoors. that for me wasn't a good experience cause the torment and torture I got during those times is something I don't want to go through again. so finally I was able to conquer my sickness with the help of drugs and getting enough rest at home.

So before going to work I met one of my street guys with his bicycle so I had to ask for his permission for him to lend me his bicycle to ride for 15minuite so he agree and gave me.
The purpose of riding that bicycle is because it plays a vital role in our health by protecting harmful invaders such as Bacteria, viruses,fungi,and Germs that can make us ill.
These harmful substances are known collectively as pathogens. An antigens is a subpart of a pathogens that causes the immune system to produce antibodies to fight off disease.
The purpose for Riding a bicycle is to improve fitness and wellbeing.
Another thing riding of bicycle helps, is outdoor exposure: exposure to sunlight boost Vitamin-D and vitamin-D is an essential nutrient to the healthy functioning of the immune system it keeps the system in balance by regulating the immune cells. Getting outside on your bike is an excellent way of soaking up some sun-rays.

After I was done with my little exercise i rush home, took my bath and move to work place, getting to work my colleagues were very happy to see me cause when I felt sick they all took pity on me and wish me a quick recovery so it was an exciting moment for everybody to see me strong and healthy and that actually made me feel loved. after exchanging pleasantries
With Everyone we started production

After taking turns in collecting machines I started loading some of our vendors who came to get product for sale, and after loading while still trying to stark some of the water the clouds became dark and everywhere became cold before we knew it rain fell

So that actually stop some of our vendors to come to the factory and get products but that didn't stop us from working we work till it was time for us to go home.so I bid everyone good bye and went home.
When I got home didn't meet any body in the house so I went straight to the kitchen and dish food for my self

after eating I took the plate to the kitchen and dump the plate in the washer and went straight to my room and jump on my bed and rested.
So that how my day was.
