Fitness Diary || 2 -03 -2026 || Preventing Osteoporosis Through Regular Exercise
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, special greeting to y'all and I believe y'all are enjoying your day in your different destination; it's my uttermost pleasure to again share my fitness routine with y'all, you can incorporate this workout routine in your routine if necessary.
This week focus will lay on the lower body, when i talk about the lower part of the body I mean from waist down to the toe which means the glute, the thigh, the knee, the calve, the feet are all included. The lower body is the part of the body that carry the body weight.
Another consequence of not exercising the lower body is Osteoporosis; Osteoporosis is known as the sickness of the bone, a situation where the bone grows weak and vulnerable to injuries, other cause of osteoporosis are lack of calcium, poor nutrition, genetic or family history and etc.
So Friends; in a world where the cause of medical treatment is high, you can prevent yourself from a terrible osteoporosis sickness by simply exercising your lower body on a daily basis, 20 to 30 minutes in a day is enough to salvage yourself from bone sickness.

On this week, stayfit fitness team decided to prioritize exercising their lower body by incorporate some lower body exercise such as squat, lunge, side lunge, leg raise and glute bridge.
A certain repetition was executed, 25 squat, 15 side lunge, 15 lunge, 20 leg raise and 20 glute bridge, all were repeated in four set, each with 1 minutes of rest for a short recovery. With these exercise strengthen the muscles in the lower body, keep the bones strong and healthy in such a way that osteoporosis is scare away.
As a beginner who wants to improve bone health through regular exercise, you can incorporate the aforementioned program in your routine with lower repetition, 5 - 8 repetition in 4 sets with 2 minutes rest within each interval, four days in a week.
We had a wonderful and a successful workout session, we're on a journey of fighting osteoporosis while by approaching a stronger legs, this fight is everyday fight so everyday we try our possible best show up for ourselves, grind harder to improve ourselves, see y'all on the next workout day.
