My Fitness Diary || 27 -03 -2026 || Upper Body And Cardio Exercise Day—2
Hello fitness lovers, cordial greetings to y'all and I hope you're all enjoying your day in your different destination. After having a successful Wednesday fitness session with my fitness client, we took a one day rest and go again on Friday with the title "upper body cardio" which we already did on Monday.
Like i already told you guys on Monday upper Body cardio Exercise is that type of exercise that mainly focus on training to elevate the heart rate into the vigorous zone using the muscles of the arms — entire upper body muscles. The main function of this program is the build a stronger upper body, strength and endurance while also burning calories.
Exercise like this requires a continuous incorporation to showcase results, so after we incorporate strength exercise, I decided to repeat the upper body cardio programs, our heart is very crucial because it works 24 hours to keep us alive therefore we need to do everything within our strength to keep it healthy.

To activate Cardio the program the movement must be continuously, so we moved forward, backwards, sideways while executing the upper body programs, this is how you feel your heart beat increases, your blood circulate and your pulse rises.
Lm a Friday like this we dance after the full workout, just like we play football on Wednesday after workout, dance is another fun type of exercise that allows the body to move to any side depending on the rhythm of the music, in recent days there lots of dance challenges on social media so we try to follow the trend.

I'm not much of a dance person but when it comes to fitness crew, I have to keep down everything and join the dance, I was happy that I joined because I actually enjoyed it, it was fun and cheerful especially when we hit the challenge in a way we didn't expected.
We dance for over 30 minutes before we retired to our different destination, would you like to see the dance video? Don't worry because you'll see the dancing steps at the end of the workout video, see y'all in the next workout and dancing class.
