From childhood we are taught that. If we get a good education we will get a good job. And then life will automatically take care of itself. We all grow up believing that after getting a degree financial problems will end and income will bring stability on its own. But the reality is different. We are shown the path to earning. But we are not given the understanding of how to manage our earnings. The result is that despite being educated. Many people fall prey to financial stress unnecessary debt and an unplanned life. This is the problem that I want to talk about today.

One idea that I firmly believe can improve lives locally and globally is.
Teaching people financial responsibility before financial success.

Our education and social thinking teach us that making more money is a success. From childhood we hear. Get a good education so you can get a good job. If you get a good job you will earn more and if you earn more you will be successful.
But we are not taught how to handle money when it comes.
The result is that many people are worried despite a good income. The salary comes but by the end of the month it is gone. People get caught in a trap of installments loans and unnecessary expenses. The problem is not low income. The problem is irresponsible financial behavior. Financial responsibility means:

• Spending less than your income
• Understanding the difference between needs and wants
• Prioritizing savings
• Considering wealth as a last resort
• Planning for the Future
  If these principles are taught in schools and practiced at home. Individuals can become financially stable.
  A young person who knows how to budget. He can live better on a low income.
  A family that plans financially. Is less likely to be torn apart by sudden crises.
  The idea is not to make the world rich.
  But to make the world responsible.
  And when people become responsible success automatically becomes more sustainable.

This idea is very important in today's times. Because economic conditions are not what they used to be.
Inflation is rising.
Jobs are not permanent.
Businesses are facing uncertainty.
In such times financial irresponsibility can prove disastrous.
Nowadays social media has also increased financial pressure. People start spending more than their income by watching the lives of others. A life of a show gives temporary happiness. But creates long term problems. If there is no financial responsibility. A person weakens his foundation by imitating others.
Moreover financial problems are a major cause of mental stress. Financial disputes are a major cause of domestic disputes. When there is no balance between income and expenses. Both confidence and peace of mind are affected.
This idea is also important because the younger generation wants to earn quickly. But does not learn patience and planning. If the concept of financial responsibility is made clear from the beginning people. Will make wise decisions instead of hasty ones.
Today the world does not only need people who earn more but also people who spend wisely.
Because a strong economy is not built just by large incomes. But by wise financial behaviors.

This idea needs to be heard by young people the most.
Because financial habits are formed in youth. And stay with them throughout life. If the habit of budgeting saving and planning is instilled at the beginning the future can be secure.
Next parents need to hear this message. Children learn what they see. If there is financial discipline at home children will adopt the same.
Teachers and educational institutions should also consider this idea. The purpose of education is not just to pass exams but to prepare for life. If students are given practical financial training. They will be stronger in the real world.
Governments should also take steps in this direction. So that financial education can be made part of the curriculum. Because informed citizens are the foundation of a strong economy.
In short this message is for everyone. Who has an income or will have one in the future that is, for almost everyone.

Every change starts with a simple step.

Step 1:

Start writing down your income and expenses. Keep a complete record of where your money is going for a month. Most people realize their mistakes at this stage.

Step 2:

Adopt a simple rule. “Pay yourself first.” That is save at least 10 percent of your income first then spend it.

Step 3:

Commit to avoiding unnecessary debt. Before every purchase ask yourself. Is this a need or just a want?
These small steps should become habits not temporary ones. Because financial stability doesn’t come overnight. It’s the result of consistent discipline.
