How do you want Steemit to be if asked?

in Steem4Nigeriayesterday

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope everyone is well and continuing their writing and work on the Steemit platform. Today, I am sharing my thoughts and opinions in line with the four hints of this competition.

Steemit is not just a social media for me, but a learning place, where people get the opportunity to earn money by expressing their thoughts. The opportunity to improve their skills through writing here is truly unique.

✅What 3 things do you like about the Steemit Social Media Platform? Give reasons why you do

First of all, I think the best part of Steemit is its “reward system”. Here, if you write good content, you get direct rewards for it, which is not available on many platforms. It encourages writers.

Secondly, there is a strong community here. People comment on each other's posts, support and encourage new ones. This is a great inspiration for new users.

Thirdly, since Steemit is a decentralised platform, there is more freedom of expression here. People can write their thoughts freely, which is a great advantage.

✅If you asked how you would want Steemit to be or change to, what 3 things would they be?

I want Steemit to be better.

First, we see that the site crashes almost every day. It would be great if this were resolved. Many times the API does not work, and we cannot post properly, upload images or receive notifications. I think that for a platform to serve people well, it is always important that the platform is fast and effective.

Second, the post-upvote and reward system needs to be faster and more transparent. Many times, new users do not understand how rewards work.

Third, it would be great to have an in-built chat or messaging system. This would allow users to communicate directly, making the community stronger.

✅What one thing do you think can be done on Steemit to prevent any case of injustices or favouritism?

In my opinion, the most important thing is to create a “transparent curation system”. If the voting or decision of the curators could be seen through a public transparency system, then no one could be biased. In addition, if there were a review system, the community could give feedback themselves, which would help maintain fairness.

✅If I'm having an issue with you and you're a curator, will you vote on my post? Give reasons.

No, if there is a personal issue or conflict, then as a curator, I will never vote based on personal relationships. Because Steemit should be a fair platform, where the quality of the content is the main consideration. If personal feelings affect here, the credibility of the entire system will be lost. So I will always try to value good content from neutrality.

Steemit is a really promising platform. It will become stronger if some small improvements, such as transparency, user experience, and communication systems, are made. I hope that in the future, Steemit will grow into an even bigger global community, where everyone has equal opportunities.

Now I invited my friends @ruthjoe @simonnwigwe @ninapenda @okere-blessing @lhorgic

Thank you, everyone.

Saludos apreciado amigo.
