How is everyone? Hope everybody is well. Today I have come to you all with a recipe post. I like to eat and make interesting recipes. And if it is a tasty snack, then there is no problem. If you make something with vegetables, it becomes much healthier. And if healthy and tasty are together, then it is even more enjoyable to eat. I tried to make this paratha in a very interesting way with a combination of different vegetables. However, I used very little oil here. Due to which it became a little healthier. And I ate it as a nice snack. I liked it very much. It does not take much time to prepare. Anyone of you can easily make and eat it if you want. I think you will like it too.

First, I finely chopped all the vegetables. I also finely chopped the onions. Then I finely chopped the green chilies.
Then I put the carrot slices in a bowl. I chopped the cabbage. And I chopped the beans. Then I mixed all these vegetables together nicely.
Then I chopped the onion. Then I chopped the green chilies. Then I will add a packet of tasty spices. Then I mixed all these things nicely with my hands.
Then I broke an egg into them. Then I mixed everything well with the egg. Then I started adding flour little by little and started mixing.
Then I heated a pan on the stove, added a little oil. Then I carefully put them in the pan with the help of a spoon. Then I fried both sides nicely. I made many in this way. This is how I made the recipe. I hope you like it.

โข What ingredients or cooking methods did you change?
I have not used any spicy things here. I have used raw chilies instead of chili powder. Even instead of more oil, I have used less oil. I have changed the ingredients of all these things a little. Because I have tried to make it a little healthier. Also, I have made these parathas using vegetables of my choice. Anyone can make these parathas using any vegetables they want. I have changed the cooking method a little, not much. But everyone can make it according to their own preferences.
โข How did the new version affect the flavor and feel of the meal?
To be honest, the taste of this recipe was completely different. It was so delicious that I enjoyed it a lot. I like such interesting recipes a little more. And if it is a little healthy and fun, then there is nothing wrong with it. It is more delicious because of the tasty spices here. Due to this, the taste has increased even more. I got a different satisfaction after eating it. It was absolutely perfect as an evening snack. Also, its aroma was very beautiful. Overall, the recipe tasted great. And after eating it, it left a different feeling.

I definitely think people should try this healthy recipe. Because it is as delicious as it is very healthy. Because here I have used all vegetables. And here I have used flour. And to make it a little more interesting, I have used tasty spices here. But I have used very less amount of spices. So that it is a little more healthy. Also, I have fried it in very less oil. If someone is on a diet, then it will be very diet friendly for them. That is why I think everyone should try this healthy dish.
