Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Today I am back with a new competition post. I really liked the content of today's competition. I have shared my ideas with you through four questions. I hope you like the ideas a lot. If I get any power like this, I will definitely do these things. And I will take the country a long way. Actually, it is not possible to change anything with one year of power. But I will definitely try to do a lot of good things. I have told everyone what issues I will solve and how to do it through the answers to the four questions below. And I will definitely share with you why I selected this issue. And I have also tried to share with you what difficult decisions I will make below. I hope you like it.

If you were given complete authority over your community or country for a year, what would be the first thing you would address?

In fact, if I get full authority for a year, I will definitely work on youth employment. Because the youth are the real wealth of the country. If they can be given employment, the country will move forward much faster. In fact, the country where the youth have employment is the more developed. For me, the only solution is to give employment to those who are experienced in the work we do when we die. If the youth can be used, the country will be able to move forward very far by utilizing their talent, time and energy. The country will move forward very quickly. There are still millions of educated unemployed people in the country. Who are constantly falling into depression. They worry a lot about their families. And they are losing the spirit of moving forward. But if this young generation can be used, it is very easy to change a country. Because they have indomitable courage, will work with dedication and honesty. And will be able to continue working for a long time.

Why did you choose this topic over others?

Let me explain why I chose this topic. Many young people study for a long time. After completing their studies, they do not get the right job. Due to which they constantly go into depression. And become a burden on the family and the country. Only due to lack of skills, they can do something good. Because skills are needed to do anything. They were busy studying for a long time. But they could not acquire skills in anything. Due to the problem of unemployment, various types of problems can arise in the society and the country. The only way to get rid of them is employment. If employment can be created for the youth, then that employment moves forward very quickly. And especially if a young person is self-reliant, then his society, his family and the country become very self-reliant. That is why I chose it.

What difficult decisions do you have to make?

My most difficult decision will be to convince all of them to join employment. To employ them by providing them with various facilities in government and private places. If they can be employed properly, then certainly something good is possible. My first decision will be to stop everything that is unnecessary and develop their skills and take them forward. This will be difficult in many areas. It will be very difficult to take them forward by giving importance to the right goal decision and not just certificates. It will be very difficult to take them forward by giving importance to certificates. Again, we will have to be very strict with some influential people. We will have to be very strict so that they cannot interfere in this work. Because if we are not strict, it will never be possible to move forward. Working with young people is difficult, but if we do it, it will be possible to reach a much better place. Such decisions can be very difficult in society, but if they can be implemented, it will not be difficult. This is very important for the future.

How would you explain this decision to people who disagree with you?

I will try my best to convince those who disagree with doing these things. And I will tell them that I will tell people from all walks of life that today's youth will be entrepreneurs, owners of organizations, leaders of the future, and workers of the future. And I will tell everyone that if they do not take responsibility for the country, the country will lag behind. And if the youth come forward, the country will move forward much faster. And if their employment can be created in a beautiful and corruption-free way, then their families will be prosperous, as well as their society and the state will move forward much faster. I will also tell them that youth employment is not just a job, but also an indomitable will to move forward. I will try to explain to them with some more real stories and examples. If countless people understand them in this way, then moving forward will be possible. In a word, if the youth move forward, our country will definitely move forward.
