The Diary Game: Celebrating My Birthday (27/3/2026)

Early in the morning, I had woken up to catch up with flood of activities. First, I will go to work to supervise second term exams. We had started second term examination with the students. I was scheduled to supervise the SS3 students. So I had been in school before 8am order to stamp the exams materials. Sequel to this, I woke up by 4.40am, prepared porridge yam before leaving to work.

After breakfast, I left for work. During break time at work place, I got a gift from one of my students for my birthday. Emediong has been closed to me. I do send her on an errand when need arises. She presented a birthday gift to me. I was excited because she was the only students who cared.

I had a special time in the class with my students. As their class teacher, I bought one packet of biscuit for them. They were very excited to have shared with me in my joy, although non of them brought a gift for me. They said they had forgotten the date and that they would bring something the next day.

Evening of that day, we had Evening of Praise and Thanksgiving in the church. I went to the church to climax my birthday. Other March born and I were brought out and celebrated by the church.

In the evening, I was already overflown with happiness. I relaxed with my phone to read online messages sent to me by my social media friends. This took me to when I was overtaken by sleep. I went to bed by 9pm and slept off.
