  • Step:-3

Then add water little by little and knead the dough with your hands until a stiff dough is formed.

  • Step:-4
Then put the dough in a polythene and cover it for at least 15-20 minutes.

  • Step:- 5

After that, I will boil the potatoes and eggs for the filling inside the Singara. Then peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Next, I fold each half circle into a cone shape and seal the mouth with a little water. And fill the potatoes and eggs inside. Then squeeze the open side with water and seal well. So that it does not open during frying.

After that, I put oil in the pan and when it gets a little hot, I slowly release the singaras into the oil.

  • Step:-12

Then slowly fry till all sides turn red. The eggs are ready.

Finally Dim Singara is ready to serve.

Which country or culture inspired your combination? Give a clear explanation about your inspiration?

Alur Singara is a wonderful gift of South Asian food culture, especially in the kitchens of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan, Singara is most popular. My main inspiration for this Aalur Singara combination came mainly from the streets of the Indian subcontinent-From food culture. These singadas are a popular straight food in Bangladesh. Which is very dear to every people of Bangladesh. This dish is more popular especially in rural areas of Bangladesh. Because most of the people living in rural areas of this country are Singara lovers. There are also many people who sell this Singara shop in different places of the village area during winter.

What new flavor, or presentation did you create?

Singara is a familiar name in South Asian cuisine. Whether it's an afternoon snack or an on-the-go snack, Aalur Singara is always a favorite of ours. But what if this familiar song can be arranged a little differently? It is from this idea that I have created Lemon Herb Aloo Singhara in a new flavor and presentation. Traditional Aloo Singhara's filling is usually spicy, with cumin, coriander, chillies and onions. Along with these familiar flavors I wanted to add something that would make the singara lighter,More fresh and more interesting. There are many people who make this singara using different methods. There are some people who use this shoe only by using boots.

How do you think people would react if this food was sold on the street? Explain!

Street food is a big part of our country's food culture. Every day thousands of people stop by the road and love to eat delicious snacks. If Lemon-Herb Aloo Singhada is sold from that place, I believe people's response will be quite positive. There are certain seasons in our country during which large quantities of street food are sold,One of them is winter. Because most of the people of our country sell food on the street in winter. There are also many who sell food in winter and collect food for the whole year. There are many such businessmen in our Bangladesh.

Que rico, claro que lo degustaría, tiene papa y huevos mis favoritos, no es picante lo que lo hace apto para la mayoría de las personas. Éxitos en el camino.

It's amazing how you gave a fresh twist to your classic street food. Your inspiration from South Asian culture was explained nicely. I think people would enjoy your global Twist especially during the winter. Good job!

But I really like Singara. We often watch it. You presented it very well. Best wishes to you, brother.
