What's the craziest thing you've ever done for love? Was it worth it?

I have done a lot of crazy things for those I love so where I do want to even begin from?

Story story..

Some years back, As my love for this particular person grew each day, calling , chatting and lots of video calls because we didn't live in the same city.

I decided to travel to go see the love of my life living in another city without informing the person. I just wanted to surprise this person. I don't even know where they lived or couldn't even find my way around.

As I got to the city, I started calling on the phone, but because this person was upset with me previously concerning something. The love of my life didn't pick the call. I was really stranded at the park. I don't even know anyone in that city.

I called several times but my call wasn't picked up. It started raining heavily. The rain beat hell out of me, yet my love wasn't picking. After two hours I decided to go back to where I came from. I sent a message through another friend to help me inform this live of mine that I was gone.

By the time I got back to my state, the love of my life began to call. It was on a Friday so my love requested I come back again guess what? I did but I had to wait till Sunday.

What does "love" mean to you?

Love is life. To love is to live. God is the source of love and God is love. He was the first to express and even use the word love. The scriptures says he so loved us that he gave us his only son to redeem us.

This goes further to explain that love is Giving! You can't love without giving but you can give without loving. When someone constantly gives to you, it is one of the proves that you are loved.

Love is many things to me, love is kind. Another prove of love is kindness. There are people you see who are not kind, but the moment the fall in love you see them expressing this aspect of them that wasn't there before.

Love is spiritual! Since God is love, it therefore means that anyone who doesn't have God or who is not in God doesn't have the capacity to love. What this kind of people express can not be termed as love because this kind fades away with circumstances.

But the love of God is evaluating this is why you should give your heart to only those who are in Christ.

With everything going on, do you still believe in love? Why?

As long as I believe in God then I still believe in love . God is love so yes I believe in love.

Every thing you said going on is as a result of people finding love outside God. You must find God first to find love.

When you understand the basis of God's love, every other thing stands still for the love to manifest.

Do you stop going to the Doctor to treat your self because there are many fake doctors out there who have lead to the death of many? No. Do you stop eating some of your favorite food because the fakes are out there? No. The only thing you do is to be more careful of the doctor you decide to consult or the food you want to eat.

That's how love is, you don't stop believing in live beyond bad experiences. The bad experiences should make you pay more attention inward to know the mistakes made and make adjustments. Love is life therefore no one can do without love.

Is it possible to love someone without doing anything "big" or "special" for them?

No I don't think it's possible to love someone without doing anything big or special for them.

Like I said earlier, I said love is Giving. If you love someone you must give to them no matter how small. It may not be so big but special qualities it.

Even if the person doesn't have much and claims to be in love with you, once in a while he or she goes out of their way to please you or make you feel special.

I remember one time, because I love someone, I gave all my money to this person. I could stay hungry but make sure that this one doesn't go hungry. I could give out my savings.

I would tell my self I won't touch this money but the moment, this one ask me for money I don't hesitate to give it out. That's love. I gave without thinking twice about my actions.

What's the difference between doing something for love and doing something out of obligation?

Hmm! There is a difference between them but you must know that if there is no love, even the obligation can not be fulfilled.

Doing something for love simply means sacrifice is involved, you do it without grudges. But doing some thing out of obligations sacrifices is out of it. You don't even go the extra mile.

Obligation just entails you doing what you are meant to do because that's what is expected of you to do.
