Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everyone is well. Today I am going to accept a wonderful competition with a beautiful breakfast recipe. Thanks to @ninapenda for organizing this wonderful competition. Breakfast recipes are a little different from other recipes which are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. Having a delicious breakfast in the morning makes the whole day go very well. We all love this delicious breakfast with bread and eggs and it is also very easy to make.

Required Ingredients

●Bread
●Egg
●Coriander Leaves
● Green Chillies
● Salt
● Soybean Oil

Recipe Preparation Process

Step 01

I chopped the coriander leaves and green chillies and cut the bread in half and divided them into two.

Step 02

Now I will add some salt to the chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.

Step 03

I will mix all the ingredients well and then I will break two eggs.

I will mix the egg and coriander green chilli mixture well and make a mixture.

Step 05

Now I will lightly pour the egg mixture over the sliced bread.

I will put it on the stove and when the pan is hot, I will add some soybean oil there.

When the oil is hot, I will fry the bread in a pan with the egg mixture on top.

• What global element or idea did you add to give it a twist?

To make today's breakfast more interesting, I have used coriander leaves and green chillies so that it looks a little different and the taste will also be different. People usually eat these breads made in the market like this, which is a very popular breakfast food, but I have added some more ingredients to make it more interesting, which is why it looks more attractive and it was quite fun to eat.

• How did the new version taste or look compared to the original?

The new version tasted and looked very good and interesting because it looked very tempting. Because of the use of coriander and green chillies here, the green coriander on the white bread was quite attractive to look at but it was also very tasty, especially since I made this dish for the first time and I ate it, which I liked very much. I did not use much spice in this breakfast recipe because it can be eaten by both young and old in the morning. Here I have also used very little green chillies so that it gives a nice aroma, so this dish will be very good for children. In a word, this dish looks as tempting as it looks and it was also very tasty to eat.

• What inspired your creativity in this dish?

The dish that I made today inspired my creativity a lot. It is an experience of making a new type of food due to which I have gained another experience of a new type of food and it was also very good to eat. In general, the experience of making a new type of food is quite good, so I like making new types of food. I liked this new recipe of food in today's competition even more, so I made it with great enthusiasm. Usually it takes a lot of time to make many breakfasts but this one is very easy to make and doesn't require much hassle. I made it very quickly. Especially if you make this kind of breakfast for children's tiffin, it will be very easy to make and it will be healthy to eat.

The toasts look delicious. I like spicy food, so I'll take that touch of chili pepper. The cilantro adds aroma and enhances the flavor. Very good.
