Yes i have used first aid to help someone. Once a family member got a deep cut while working in the kitchen. There was bleeding and everyone became nervous. I stayed calm washed my hands cleaned the wound with water and applied pressure using a clean cloth. After the bleeding stopped i applied antiseptic and covered it with a bandage. Later we visited a doctor. The doctor said that giving first aid on time helped prevent infection. This experience made me realize how important first aid knowledge is.
