What does it means to be "true to yourself"?

Being true to yourself means understndings who you realy are and not pretnding to be someones else.It means you follows your own values beliefs and feelings instead of copings others just to fit in. Sometimes people changed their behavior to please others or to be accepted but this can make them feel unhappy insides.When you are true to yourself you feels peaceful and confidents because you are honest about your thoughts and actions.For examples if you believe something is wrong you should not support it just because your friends are doings it.Being true to yourself also means acceptings your strengths and weaknesses and working to improved without losing your identity.

Why is it important for people to keep their promises?

Keeping promises is very importants because it builds trusted between people.When you promise somethng and you fulfil it others feels that they can depends on you.Trust is the foundation of strong relationships whether it is friendship family or work.On the other hand if someones breaks promisis agains and again people start losing faith in them. It can damaged relationships and create disappointment.Keeping promises also shows responsiblity and respect.Even smal promises matter because they show your character.If you cannot keep a promised it is better not to make it at all.Or if something unexpectd happens you should explaind honestly instead of ignoring it.

What's the diference between being honest and being nice?

Being honest means telling the truth while beings nice means being kinds and caring towards others. Sometimes these two things can be different.For examples if someone asks for your opinions being honest means you tell the truth but being nice means you say it in a gentle and respectful way.It is possible to be honest without hurting others if we choose our words carefully. Some peoples think that being honest means saying everything directly evens if it hurts someone’s feelings.But true honesty should also included kindness.Being nice withouts honesty can sometimes lead to fake behavors where you say good things but do not mean them.So the best way is to balanced both honesty and kindness in our actions and words.

If your friend asked you to lie for them to get out of trouble would you do it? Why or why not?

If my friend asked me to lie for them i would not do it.Even though i care about my friend lying is not the right thing to do.Helping someone by doing something wrong is not real help.It may save them for a short time but it can create bigger problems later.Also if i lie once it may become a habit and damage my own integrity.Instead of lying i would try to support my friend in a better way.I would encourage them to tell the truth and face the situation honestly. Real friendship means guiding each other towards the right path not helping in wrong actions.It is not always easy to say no to a friend but it is important to stand for what is right.
